Administrative Assistant, part time

This role will suit a proactive and professional friendly administrator with excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills, who is looking to join a hardworking team of professionals.


Key areas of responsibility:

  • Respond to general queries
  • Workflow management
  • Handling external and internal calls
  • Collation of client data and correspondence
  • Liaise with external stakeholders
  • Health and safety maintenance
  • Support the team with system administration, document preparation, and data entry
  • Filing and Scanning duties

 

Knowledge and experience:

  • Experience supporting and working with a range of stakeholders.
  • Previous Administrative experience is desirable
  • Excellent initiative
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Highly organised with an eye for detail
  • Advanced computer literacy (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Skilled in prioritising and problem solving
  • Strong initiative
  • Results driven

Experienced Builder

 

We need quality Builder to join our team, with sites all over Auckland.

We expect the person to be reliable, honest, hardworking and can demonstrate exceptional work ethics and carpentry skills or have the potential to a valued member of our team.

Ideally you will have:
- Have worked on a building site for 3 or more years
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans 
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner.
